The Washington, D.C. line is just about 8 miles away, offering you quick access to the capital. It’s an ideal spot not just for vacationers but also for business groups who want a comfortable and convenient alternative to hotels. Detailed Home Layout and Amenities Second Level (Sleeping Quarters) • Master Bedroom: A spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a cozy gas fireplace. The en suite bathroom includes his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, a private toilet room, a dedicated vanity area, and a walk-in closet. The master suite also has a private balcony for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. • Second Bedroom: This room features a triple bunk bed—full-size on the bottom, twin on top, and a twin trundle—perfect for sleeping up to three guests. • Third Bedroom: A comfortable room with a queen-size bed. • Fourth Bedroom: Another cozy space with a queen-size bed. First Level (Living and Common Areas) • Living Spaces: On the first level, you’ll find multiple sitting rooms. Two of these sitting areas include sofa beds, which can be used as additional sleeping quarters (though they are open areas without private doors).
