This was an awesome location! Guests are still raving about it and considering returning. Host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The only disadvantage was not having access to a bathroom on the first floor. Hope that is an amenity being considered in the future, but overall it provided for a great space for our event. Thank you for welcoming us to your place!

The stay at the farm was amazing. The kids loved all the animals and activities! The house was clean and plenty of space for a big group especially the long table for meals and games. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the amenities provided. We definitely wanted to stay longer. Charity was very responsive if there was anything we needed. She would message right back. She went above and beyond showing the kids the animals . She took time to share information about all of them and answer a bunch of questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Our family consists of 14 people, ranging in age from 7 through 70s. It had been many years since all the younger generation had been together. Charity's home provided the perfect place for them to be comfortable and make lifelong memories. The pool was the focal point and we spent many happy hours there. The dining room table was perfect for a large family gathering. All the grandchildren enjoyed playing video games on the large TV set. No one could have worked harder than Charity to ensure that her guests were well taken care of. Any family who is looking for a comfortable, safe and fun home to enjoy a reunion would not be disappointed to stay at Charity's Farm. It was everything our family wanted our reunion to be.

Charity and her family were amazing host! The property is absolutely perfect, we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. No issues or complaints, cannot wait for our return. Loved the farm, environment and animals. 10/10

I really enjoyed my time with the host. Charity is an amazing host and definitely tries to work with you. we felt right at home at the beautiful decors that is laid out around the house. we would like to make a return trip to see the rest of the farm.

I live in DC and I work in a cut throat environment. This place was a complete sanctuary. I was so grateful to be there, I was so rejuvenated and looking forward to going back home. I am a country girl at heart. She gave me a lil' bit of country home. the alpacas were just so funny. George, the Turkey was beautiful. The goats actually posed for a picture,.... I so not lie to you!!! The bulls were so "matter of fact" and the puppy "gonna be a herder 1 day" was practicing her skills. Looking forward to going back in the future.

It is crazy to think I practically had this whole house to myself. More people should stay here just for the ambiance, peaceful indoor/outdoor surroundings and the high end decor. And take a walk just for fun to look at the animals. Charity or her team always responded in a timely manner. There are lots of sites to see, vintage buildings, Potomac river area, the still operating first catholic church in America and Washington DC that is literally less than an hour away.

Charity Angel’s property was beautiful and very clean. The alpaca, goats, and cows were a nice treat to see when I entered and exited the property each day that I was there!🤩
